General Features of Our Fire Doors

Our fire doors are designed not only to comply with regulations but also to withstand harsh marine conditions.

Insulation Material

Rockwool insulation with a density of 130 kg/m³ is used in our A-15, B-15, and C-type fire doors, while 200 kg/m³ Rockwool insulation is used in A-60 doors, providing high heat resistance and effective fire insulation.

Door Surfaces

Fire doors are manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel sheets by our partner. Door surfaces can be painted in RAL colors as requested by the customer.

Reinforced Door Leaf

Door leaves are equipped with a reinforced internal frame and surrounded by a stainless steel U-profile. This structure prevents early wear and ensures long service life under severe marine conditions.

Hinge System

Each door leaf is fitted with three stainless steel hinges. No sagging or deformation occurs during long-term use.

Door Frame

Door frames are coated with electrostatic powder paint and designed for easy and fast installation.
